This place suits me perfectly with an outdoor swimming pool, free wi-fi, and a fitness center. The staff helped me with luggage during my first stay, which I remember fondly. Victor at the pool really made my visit enjoyable!

Loved the heated pools and the nearby children's playground. The room had a low showerhead, which was uncomfortable.

The hotel featured a lovely pool area perfect for relaxation, and the food options were reasonably priced and enjoyable, particularly the homemade yogurt. However, the plumbing was outdated as the shower didn't drain properly, leading to an inconvenient move at midnight. There was also noticeable noise from the pool area late into the night, making it tough to unwind after a long day. Overall, the experience was mixed, but the positive highlights made it worthwhile.

One of the highlights was the pool area, which had something for everyone, including a separate space for kids and adults. I appreciated the attentive pool staff, especially Victor, who kept the area tidy and engaging. I also enjoyed dining at the Ahnala restaurant. the food was delicious and reasonably priced. However, I faced a frustrating situation during check-in. The system had mixed up my reservations, and it took a long time to resolve, which put a damper on my arrival. Also, the gaming machines didn't seem to pay out well during my stay. it felt like every time I played, I lost significantly. Overall, I believe this place has great potential, but there are certainly areas that could benefit from improvement, especially with the check-in process and machine payouts.

The weekend getaway was great, especially enjoying the gaming floor and relaxing by the heated resort pool. I also appreciated the atmosphere at the We-Ko-Pa Grille where the food was excellent. However, the outdated plumbing in one of the rooms was a bit inconvenient but the staff was responsive in moving us to a different room.

Beautiful entrance and lobby, making a strong first impression. The heated pool features a waterfall, creating a relaxing escape, and the casino is impressively smoke-free with a modern feel, offering a chill gambling experience.

The lack of microwaves throughout the resort was inconvenient for reheating food, especially since some dining options were limited due to ongoing renovations. The restaurant service was slower than I'd prefer, which put a damper on what could be a pleasant dining experience.

I just spent a night in a spacious Deluxe King Room, and loved that the pools were heated, making for a great swim even in the chilly weather. The gym and spa were just what I needed to unwind after a long day. My only little hiccup was the valet area being relocated, but it wasn't a big deal. just make sure to ask at the front desk for tips on parking! 😊

The Deluxe Queen Room was clean with a nice layout, but I found it priced higher than expected. The view was nice, but we struggled with the TV not working. With most restaurants closed and the food options we found being pricey and not that great, it was a letdown. On top of that, I’m still dealing with a mysterious $50 charge on my credit card for a deposit that I haven't figured out. Just a bit more frustrating than enjoyable.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed dining at the We-Ko-Pa Grille and tried our luck at the gaming floor. The heated resort pool was a great chill spot after a day of fun. Definitely recommend this place for a group getaway.
